Property Owners Association (POA)

The POA is an important part of the Sky Harbor experience. The Association's responsibilities include

  • maintenance, repair, and snow removal for the 35 miles of private, interior paved roads
  • mowing along roadways and common areas.
  • maintenance of the clubhouse, Sky Harbor Lodge
  • electric street lights throughout the community.

The POA elects its board members each year in August. Throughout the year Sky Harbor committees look for members who are willing to serve to better Sky Harbor. As with all property owners associations, Sky Harbor POA is always looking for community-minded people to serve. If you would like to become involved, please contact the board at info@skyharborpoa.org
